09/09/2009 – Joe Flacco and the Ravens will play a non-divisional opponent in Week 1 when they host the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs ranked 28th against the pass last season, allowing 234.2 yards per game and 21 touchdowns.
The Chiefs also finished with the fewest sacks in the NFL with just 10, so odds are good that Flacco could have plenty of time to sit back and throw in Week 1. Flacco is coming off a strong preseason and we consider this a good matchup for anybody looking for a QB to start as either a No. 2 option or as a low-end No. 1 where your regular No. 1 option is facing a bad matchup.
